BREAKFAST
We are delighted welcoming you to the buffet breakfast from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m. For early risers and guests who check out earlier we will provide coffee and croissants - please let us know the evening before.

CHECK-OUT
We kindly ask you to vacate the room by noon (12:00 h), extensions are possible against a charge. Your luggage can always be stored at reception.

CONCIERGE SERVICE

We will arrange theatre tickets, rental cars, babysitters or whatever you may need.

CREDIT CARDS
American Express, Diners Club, Mastercard, VISA, Maestro & JCB Cards are accepted as payment methods. Personal and Traveller cheques are not accepted.

DOGS / PETS
Are welcomed, provided they are well behaved and are not too big. They are not allowed in the breakfast room and in the fitness and sauna area. You will get a map for strolling and useful Frankfurt information from us.

DO NOT DISTURB
This sign should be placed outside your door, if you wish not to be disturbed.

DVD-PLAYER

Bored or is it raining outside? Then get a DVD player with films (also for kids) at our reception desk.

ELECTRICITY
220 Volts AC, an assortment of adapters are available at the reception desk.

E-MAILS

In the lobby you find an internet-terminal, where you can check your personal mails.

FACSIMILES / INTERNET
All our guestrooms feature a modem / fax connection outlet at the working desk. Your modem must be prorammed to dial without waiting for the answerback from your provider. Fax messages can be send at the reception desk 24 hours a day, incoming messages will be stored there for you.

FIRE
Evacuation plans are in your room next to the door. All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. In the unlikely event of a fire please keep your calm and do not use the elevator when leaving the building.

FLOWERS
The flower shop in Sandweg will be happy to create and deliver flowers and plants according to your needs. Just place your order with the reception desk.

FORGOT SOMETHING?

We have for you free of charge adapters, cleaning tissues fpor glasses, hygienic for ladies, antiperspirants, shower cabs, bath foam against colds, mobile cables, combs, reading glasses, toothbrushes and -paste, nail files, sewing sets, band aids, shaving, sets, cleaning tissues, shoelaces and extension cables.

GARAGE
Your car can be safely parked in our underground car park at a daily charge, please observe the parking regulations.

GYROTONIC

This unique training system allows flowing, 3 dimensional movement and at the same time builds strength, flexibility and coordination. You can try it out at the Gyrotonic Center in Praxis Röckel phone 069 4970211.

ICE CUBES

Please call reception, they will be brought to your room.

Irons & ironing-boards are available at reception.

KIDS
Per adult one kid up to 16 years stays free in the parents room.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

Monday thru friday, except bank holidays. A laundry bag is in your wardrobe. Please drop off your belongings at reception before 10 a.m. in order to get them back the same evening.

MEDICAL AID
We will call an english speaking doctor for you if neccessary, a pharmacy can be found next to the hotel.

MESSAGE LIGHT
The flashing light on your room telephone indicates a waiting message in your personal mailbox.

MINIBAR
The Minibar is located under the TV in your room.

NEWSPAPERS
Free newspapers are available at the reception desk.

PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING

Since about 15 years Gaby Lange is in the fitness business and has several licences such as Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. She will compose a personal training just for you according to your needs and time. 

POSTAGE
Stamps are available at reception, we will mail your postcards and letters.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
You can buy a 2-day ticket for bus, S-Bahn and underground at reception. The nearest underground station is "Habsburger Allee" Line U7 which is just 200 yards from the hotel.

RADIO
Four different radio-stations are programmed in the TV-set in your room.

RESTAURANT
There are different restaurants close by - we will be happy to give individual recommendations and directions.

SAUNA / STEAMBATH
Free of charge, bathrobe, towel and slippers are provided at reception. Please inform us 30 minutes before to preheat the cabin.

SAFETY BOX
At your disposal in the wardrobe of your room. 

SECURITY
All rooms are equipped with door eyes, smoke detectors and fireproof doors. Reception and parking garage are under surveillance 24h a day and we are using an electronic keycard system.

SOUVENIRS

Have a look at our glass cabinet in front of the sauna, where you will find nice, selcted souvenirs from Frankfurt.
